We collect your contact details such as name, email address, telephone number when you contact us via our website or email / call us directly. We may also collect your information through transactions (especially course licensing) made for any eLearning courses purchased and managed through our LMS.

We ensure the security of any personal information we hold by using secure data storage technologies and precise procedures in how we store, access and manage that information.
In addition, our chosen LMS platform provider, Nimble elearning, has gone to great lengths to ensure that learner data is secure and their service is available 24/7. As a sign of their commitment to information security, they have developed their information security management procedures in accordance with the ISO 27001 framework, which has been accreditation by the BSi.
We are confident that our methods meet with current GDPR compliance requirements.
What we do with your information
We use your information in the first instance to contact you with regard to any projects, invoices or important updates. We may also use your information to facilitate any eLearning courses purchased by you and managed by us.
Your information will be stored / held as part of a data backup for a period of five years plus the current year (or where necessary for compliance with legal or audit requirements).
Who we share your information with
We may pass your information on to any of our trusted partners relating to any projects discussed with you where appropriate.
We do not sell or pass your information to any other third parties.
